It kicks off with you getting in touch over the phone or email. We'll find out where you're based and what you're interested in. Some customers know exactly what they would like and others would like some guidance. We can advise further over the phone. Finally booking you in for a free, no obligation quote at a convenient time for you - in the comfort of your own home.

Virtual Quote

We also offer virtual quotes over zoom, as it might be more convenient to you. This way we can still see the window, while understanding what your light and privacy concerns are.

Instant quotes can also be provided over email, based on the width and drop.

Quote in your home

We will talk through your light and privacy concerns, and suggest the best solution for you.

There is nothing better then seeing all of our fabulous fabrics in person.

We can assess your window and recess, to ensure the blind is compatible and can be safely secured.

Now's the fun part of picking the fabric and finish. Again we can offer guidance, based on you home and style. It can be helpful to see the fabrics in situ, as well as with existing furniture.

Finally we can talk thorough any questions you many have.

Getting your blind together

We aim to get things turned around as quickly as possible. With 8 working days being our maximum standard time.
However we also offer a 2 working days service.
If you urgently need a blind, please get in touch and we will try our upmost to be of assistance.

Fitting

We will ring you to arrange a convenient time for you to fit. Allowing 45 minutes per blind, to fit and a further 15 to set up and pack up.

Once your blind is up, we will talk you through operation and anything else you need to know.

Invoice

We will invoice you on completion, for the balance of your blinds. This can be facilitated by online banking or cheque - to Alexandria's Blinds.
